The mission of Diversified Community Services is to provide leadership and services that strengthens and coordinates the Point Breeze and surrounding communities’ efforts on behalf of children, youth and families, especially those that are most vulnerable:
Child and youth development–Early childhood education, after school programming, summer camp, an Intensive Prevention Services program providing a comprehensive, early intervention program for youth exhibiting high or at-risk behaviors.
Adult and Family Services –First-Time Home Buyer Education, Credit and Budget Counseling, Foreclosure and Homeless Prevention Assistance, Low Income Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP), CRISIS Utility Emergency Services Fund, Grandom Oil, CAP, WRAP, and CRP agreements with Utility Companies, Weatherization/Self-Help Workshops.
Parent Collaborative & Anger Management –Parent-Child Relationship, Parent Modeling and Family and Community Modeling, Parent Teaching Relationship, Discipline, Society Childhood Characteristics, Violence Free, Healthy Lifestyles, Various styles of Parenting, Ethnic and Cultural Roots.
Community Development–Diversified provides effective cleaning, safety and public space maintenance services within the 48th ward along the 1800 – 2400 blocks of Snyder Avenue and 1200 – 1700 blocks of Point Breeze Avenue.

SEAMAAC supports and serves immigrants and refugees and other politically, socially and economically marginalized communities as they seek to advance the condition of their lives in the United States. They provide a wide array of direct services and take an active approach to building community leadership through education, organizing and advocacy. Their work is guided by the belief that the contributions of immigrant and native-born Americans strengthen the communities where they live together and add depth and richness to the cultural tapestry of our nation. SEEMAAC services include, among other offerings, Truancy Case Management, Domestic Violence Services, Elders Health and Wellness,Hip-Hop Heritage After School Program, Summer Work Programs, Youth Leadership programs.

This non-profit organization, established by Mr. Anton Moore, is dedicated to changing the lives of others in the South Philadelphia area through numerous philanthropic initiatives including, among others, the Ultimate Prom Experience, Thanksgiving Community Feast, Operation Holiday Help, a celebrity-packed summer concert and block party, school supply and uniform drives, South Philly Clean-Up, and an annual Peace Week.
