City help

Agencies and departments of the City of Philadelphia (which your taxes pay for) and your elected City Council Representatives (who serve your needs at City Hall), are there to help you with City-based issues and concerns. Importantly, by working closely with citizens (through 311 and its own agencies and departments) the city of Philadelphia gains valuable insights that help to improve our city each time you report a problem or reach out for assistance. So in contacting your city resources for assistance you are helping our city to function better for all of us.

REPORTING A PROBLEM? SEEKING THE ANSWER TO A QUESTION?

How do I alert the city about…. a deteriorating building, abandoned vehicles, graffiti, fallen trees, potholes, cave-ins, or vacant lots?

I have a question for or about… the Department of Revenue, recycling, court dates, getting a permit, getting a license, street lighting, billing and metering water, etc.

Contact Philly311 (Philly311@Phila.gov)… WHY??? HOW??
